3RD PARTY SERVED CREATIVE

Access to third party metrics
To ensure accurate and timely billing. Agency must grant access for applicable third-party reporting to on or before the start of each placement. If such access is not available, provide daily reports for the first three days of the placement and weekly placement-level activity reports to Bobit thereafter.

If the access provided to Bobbit is not granted or inaccessible, or if Agency fails to deliver the reports required above, Bobit may choose to bill off of its ad server or cancel the campaign with no penalty to Bobit or its partners.

Note that Google has policies limiting the content that can be served on their display network. These policies may differ from banners running on Bobit-owned sites, so please review them carefully before creating and submitting ads for remarketing.

DEVELOPMENT DO’S & DON’TS

  • DO use inline CSS styles instead of classes, except for media queries
  • DO place all content between the <body> and </body> tags
  • DO use absolute URLs if images are hosted on your server
  • DON’T use background images
  • DON’T include any embedded Video, Flash or JavaScript
  • DON’T use coding shortcuts such as compound style declarations, shorthand code or CSS layout properties for positioning

MATERIAL SPECS

  • Recommended email width: 600 px
  • Maximum email width: 800 px
  • All images should be saved as RGB at 72 dpi.
  • Host images on your server (preferred) or send in a zip file
  • Images must be saved as JPG, GIF or PNG (no BMP or TIFF)
  • Total file size including all graphics must be less than 250KB
  • Emails designed as one large image are not accepted

DEADLINES

  • All materials are due at least five business days prior to the scheduled deployment date
  • Campaigns with late materials or significant design changes may need to be rescheduled

INCREASE YOUR OPENS & CLICKS

  • To avoid being marked as SPAM avoid using all caps, special characters or misleading elements in your Subject Line
  • Your email should have a single focus like increasing brand awareness or driving registrations
  • Include a clear call-to-action near the top
  • Point links to specific landing pages, not just your homepage
  • Rely on concise, compelling text with prominent links rather than extensive text and graphics

Design Tips

  • Use responsive design so that your email will automatically adapt to all screen sizes and mobile devices
  • Create a single-column layout and place important information near the top
  • Buttons should be large and clickable
  • >Be aware that some email recipients may block images by default
  • Make your text easy to read, at least 14 points
  • Choose cross-platform fonts such as Arial, Helvetica or Sans Serif
  • Define alt tags and include links on all images

Bobit reserves the right to reject materials or require changes for emails that don’t meet the technical requirements or design standards. Any campaigns that don’t adhere to the standard timeline may be delayed, which Bobit assumes no liability.
